Mass Effect 4 – “Great new features and existing ones even more awesome”
Creative Director at Bioware, Mac Walters said on his Twitter profile that he attended an internal meeting (confirmed also by producer Fabrice Condominas) where development team presented great new features and other existing in the old chapters made even more awesome.
Brilliant #MassEffect Show and Tell today. The team presented some great new features… And several existing ones made even more awesome.

What are these great features? And what are the ones retained? In the meantime, Walters also launched a few hours ago a Spring-Forward pool where asked what new features, system or gameplay we would like to see in the next Mass Effect, perhaps to take a cue from the community and apply them to the final game.
Spring-Forward Poll: What new feature, system or gameplay would you add to the next #MassEffect ?

Here’s suggestions that seems most interesting for the creative director:
- “The ability to modify your character’s appearance after the initial creation would be cool”;
- “Something like the nemesis system from Shadow of Mordor”;
- “Really hardcore difficulty on nightmare“;
- “Something like the War Table aspect of Dragon Age: Inquisition”;
- “Keep the awesome 80’s synth music sound“.
What news would you like to see in the next Mass Effect? Tell it with a tweet to Marc Walters!
Finally, we remind you that two days ago, three years have passed since the launch of Mass Effect 3! Here’s ME producer Michael Gamble’s tweet:
Hard to believe it’s been 3 years since we released #ME3. It’s been a hell of a ride indeed.
